I am wondering if PIN-MUX tool supports TMS320F28069 processor?

Hi Ram,

Yes PIN-MUX does support F28069. You can find the same here:

As Gautam mentioned, our old pinmux tool supports this device.

We are looking into what it would take to move these devices into the new pinmux tool but I can't promise any timeline at the moment.
