Crystal selection for F28335

I am starting to design a controller board with F28335 MCU. I would like some help with the crystal selection. I read the following in the Hardware Design Guidelines file:

'It is recommended to select a fundamental mode parallel resonant type crystal having a CLOAD of around 12 pF and ESR of 30 to 60 Ω'

I also read that the frequency stability and tolerance should be at max 100ppm.

The crystal should be a 30 MHz crystal.To the above constraints, I have one more. The operating temperature needs to be in the range of -50 to 125 C, or at the worst -40 to 125 C. 

With the above constraints, I am unable to find a crystal that satisfies them all. Here are a few parts that I was able to find. Please help me choose.
