I am testing a four pulse generators in simulink on different GPIOs and wanted run on 28335 dock. while the building the process the output is fine but at last matlab trying to disconnect the dsp and it fails.

after this nothing is happening but the output is fine.... now if I unplug the usb, only the first GPIO (34) is giving some random pulses and the other pins are just HIGH.
