What version of MathWorks tools and CCS are you using? To me, it looks like the configuration isn't quite complete.

Try >> targetupdater at the MATLAB command line to double-check your configuration.

Iam using Matlab 2016 a and CCS V6.00

Did you try the targetupdater command to verify your installation? Select CCSv6 and confirm all the paths to the tools are there and correct.
