Hallo,

I've installed the control suite about 8 weeks ago, but now it will no longer start.

I've changed the graphical card in my PC and I've installed the control suite also on a second PC (notebook).

Could this cause something with the controlsuite installation?

Hi Ralf,

Just to clarify, are you having an issue with the controlSUITE GUI being blank?

If so, please see Chris Chiarella's response (also copied below) in this post: e2e.ti.com/.../1424322

"I appreciate the feedback on the issue you are experiencing. I will continue to look further into what is causing Resource Explorer GUI to become blank. In the meanwhile, I suggest following Roger's suggested fix, and just delete the ".metadata" folder within the C:\ti\controlSUITE\eclipse\workspace directory. This will reset the GUI workspace and should eliminate any irregularities that the GUI is displaying. "

I have seen an issue where controlsuite starts but there is nothing displayed except the menu item to exit. This can be remedied by deleting the .metadata folder that in the controlsuite install directory located at *Controlsuite install location*/eclipse/workspace

Launching controlsuite after deleting the .metadata folder fixes that issue, based off of my experience.

I'm assuming you're referring to the resource explorer GUI.
