Please let me confirm the following questions.

Accoding to Figure3-2 at TRM on page 531, this flowchart does not do the initiation of RAM region except for XRSn, POR and Hibernate reset. But the Table 3-10 at TRM on page 536 is showed that the WDRS and NWIWDRS will do the initialization of RAM region. So, which description is correct?
