C2000=CANG Programmer: problem downloading any program

Hi Devin,
Again I'd like to thank you for the excellent support you are providing.
Beside JTAG is crashing issue which we are still working on, we got a new issue related to the DSP programming tool.
We are using, the C2000=CANG Programmer to down a program into the DSP TMS320F28379D. Recently, we began having problem downloading any program, we got all types of errors shown in the software Gui and an image error on the programmer screen. What can we do you to resolve the problem? Is it possible that we damaged the device, should we replace it, or should we remove its software and download it again from your website? Please advise.
