CCS/TMS320F28075: Current consumption of TMS320F28075 under low power mode

I noticed that there are four low power operation mode of TMS320F28075, IDEL, STANDBY, HALT, and HIB. What's the current consumption for all these modes?

Thank you very much! I just found that there is a revised version of the datasheet which includes the current consumption information.
