CCS/TMS320F28027F: TMS320F28027F Programming

Part Number: TMS320F28027F

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello,

I'm about to design a PCB with a TMS320F28027F Microcontroller. In further projects I used a XDS100v2 Programmer that uses a FT2232H.

Now I want to allow programming directly via an USB Connection on the PCB. Because I have to solder it by hand I want to use a FT2232D device instead of a FT2232H. Just to make sure I want to ask if this might work without any problems? Because in every programming reference I found the FT2232H device is recommended.

Sincere regards,

Martin
