TMS320F28375D: TMS320F28375DPZP, HTQFP (100), Pin and Die Connection

Hello,

I recently want to have a design about TMS320F28375DPZP, which is a 100 pin version of this DSP. 

I notice this package have no EPWM1 or EPWM4, just wondering if we could still use those two to syncronize? Is the only difference between this package and other package is about package and die is actually same?
