Device Manager fails to recognize the COM PORT

Hi,

    My Device Manager did not have any COM PORT assigned to the kit-LAUNCHXL-F28069M.I find the solution in this thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/p/396813/1410216#1410216  .Due to the ban of Youtube in China mainland,I can't know the process to solve it.Can anyone describe the solution in words?
