Device Manager fails to recognize the COM PORT

Hi,

My Device Manager did not have any COM PORT assigned to the kit-LAUNCHXL-F28069M.I find the solution in this thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/p/396813/1410216#1410216 .Due to the ban of Youtube in China mainland,I can't know the process to solve it.Can anyone describe the solution in words?

Thanks for reaching out. This post gives the details in thread as well as an attachment with the relevant files. This should enable you to re-program the FTDI chip, but let me know if you have any issues.
