Hi,

The F280049 datasheet only shows the minimum/maximum values over the whole operating range and the typical values at 30oC.

Is there a number for 60-70oC?

Hi Kien,

The -/+3% covers the whole operating range of the device. The largest contributor to this variation is temperature. We don't provide specific temperature numbers besides 30C.
