TMS320F28027: problem in first time flash of 28027

Hi,

When i do first time flash programming it shows following.

We use C2000 as a flashing tool

Conneting with target(Autobaud)......Ok.

Bootloading .... Ok.

Please wait...

Connecting with Target....

-Chip ID: 0xCF

-Chip Rev : 0x01

OK.

Unbloching target...failed (wrong key)!

Please help....

Which tool (s/w and h/w) are you using?

This means the CSM is wrong. Can you please list out programming setup details?

Can you please check if you have used a wrong CSM? Can you please give more details to understand the issue.
