MathWorks support for F28004x via our Embedded Coder Support package was launched with Release R2018a.

LAUNCHXL-F280049C is at manufacturing

it should be in stock end of July or worst case early August

the MathWorks tool support has been tested with TDMXDOCK280049M which will be updating to TMDSDOCK280049C and TMDSCNCD280049C later this summer.
