I have ordered LAUNCHXL-F28069M on Jan. I haven't work on it until now. It turns out this one is a bad one right out of the box. I followed the quick-start document for all the instructions. And I still can't download any code to it. The error message is "Error -2131 @ 0x0". I tried other computers, it is still not working. The jumper for BOOT is "up-up-down". The XDS100V2 Debug probe connection verification is failed too. Please help. THX!
