I want to program the OTP location by changing the Boot mode selection pins(BMSP0 and BMSP1), and SCIBOOT1 SCITXDA(GPIO28) and SCIRXDA(GPIO29) pins also.

is there any code for programming or related link?

But the above link is for F2837xD(Dual core), i want F2837xS(single core).

The devices are quite similar. You can import:
C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_05_00\device_support\f2837xs\examples\cpu1\blinky_with_DCSM
instead of the one indicated for F2837xd and follow the rest of the steps.
