CCS/TMS320F28055: getting error when I try to install the code composer

If needed, you can download older versions of CCS from that link as well.

ok. I was able to successfully install the one I downloaded from the link you provided. However, I am getting this error when I try to debug. What am I doing wrong?

I changed course and tried to follow the Software Setup and Running the GUI steps in Quick start guide. I encounter this error when I try to run launcher.exe. "Restarting Program Model...
