Hi Manda,

Do you have a JTAG debug probe you are connecting to the F2811 device, such as an XDS100v2 or XDS110? www.ti.com/.../TMDSEMU110-U

Or are you needing help with the device and hardware connection requirements?

I understand you but I never gave this programmer.I'm not from this area working from a dsp processor.I fix one board where tms 320F2811 is corrupted Therefore I need help over teamviewer,I will, of course, pay for the help

The E2E forum is not set up for live, payed, support like you describe.
