Hi Champs,
As far as know, we have fixed the know HRPWM jitter issue(in previous f28035) in our latest devices. However, I did received a feedback from my customer that they can still observe the HRPWM jitter problem in F28377D under certain circumstances.
1. If CMPA and CMPB are used at the same time, the jitter will appear.
2. If phase synchronous is used for multiple phase shifting, the jitter will appear.
3. If B is generated by inverting channel A, the jitter will appear.
I am still trying to repeat their test on my Launchpad. Just want to make sure whether this is a know problem from your side?
Regards,
Brian
Hi,
There is one example in C2000Ware with both PWMA and PWMB configured for HRPWM, with high resolution deadband included as well.
C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_06_00\device_support\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\hrpwm_deadband_sfo_v8
With the method described in the example, there is no jitter expected. Please try this and see if you are able to resolve the issue.
