hello,

in yellow color PCB TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT, in want to measure PWM1H and PWM1L using Oscilloscope, I do not get clear manuals, to measure this PWM signals, in addition to this I want also to see the signals through DAC1,2,3,4 pins to the oscilloscope, how can I observe in this DAC. before i will get risks please give me an advice, thank you.

To probe any signal with a scope, one need access to that signal and the GND associated with the signal. If multiple GND are present, then probe the signal wrt the GND the signal is referenced to. If board under test uses directly rectified voltage from AC mains, it is good idea to power the SCOPE through an isolation transformer.

The TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT uses its own 15v power supply through M6, the DCBUS voltage through BS5&BS6 FROM DUAL DC POWER SUPPLY, AND i do not know the PWM1H ground pin

These GNDs are tied together on the PCB. Pls review the schematic for more information. You could also verify continuity between the two points using a multimeter.
