I am using XD100V2 USB debug probe with F28054M. Any ideas why I can't load the image file with UniFlash?

I also tried with CCS and test the connection, it shows the JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has succeeded. But still can't load the .out file as well. Any ideas?

HI Quing,

Have you secure the device by programing the passwords ? If yes then you need to unlock the device before loading the code. If you have not programmed the password in device then it look like device is programmed with some random password due to incorrect .out file. You can check your map file to see if there is anything mapped in USER OTP area because of which device is secure.
