The board malfunctioned when I connected the ground cable of the oscilloscope to the ground of the board. We were not running any tests only connecting the requried cables.
We are looking for a reaplacent for the board from TI.

what does malfunction manifest as exactly? I am curious to know as you said the board was not powered.
The mosfets fries, board does not not work now.
It was powered on after connecting the wires.
We didn't run any test, we connected the power cables, then I connected the ground of the oscilloscope to the ground of the board and that's when the mosfet fried. This was the first boot up after getting the board out of the box, no tests were run. It was just an initial setup.
I am informed you already have a ticket open with customer relation, they will reach back to you with instructions on the replacement.
I'll recommend once you get a replacement board, you follow all the instructions and guidelines. Differential probes are required to be used per the instructions in the user guide. All boards are tested before shipping at rated voltages to ensure integrity.
