TMS320F28379D: Memory mapping

Thanks for guidance , i have gone through the links shared by you. 

Actually I am developing a MODBUS tcp server application on the TMS320F28379D. For this I am looking for 5KB of internal RAM to be allocated for various registers of MODBUS (coil register, input_register, Descrete_inputs, holding_register).

I was checking if only internal RAM is sufficient for the MODBUS register implementation or I need to go for External memory. 

If you could guide to to a proper RAM allocation and memory mapping, i could check for the register implementation.

You need to ascertain that after examining the Memory map in the datasheet.
