Hi expert,
Regarding using a HRPWM. We have below questions to consult:
1. If we don't need to modify TBPRD, will it be necessary to call SFO?
2. When not calling SFO in this circumstance, how bad will the output become compare to the one calling a SFO?
3. If we need to calling a SFO, how often do you recommend us to do it?
4. Do SFO have any direct effect on PWM output?
Thanks
Sheldon
So SFO being called doesnt have direct effect on your PWM regs.
You need to call SFO as much as the bandwidth in your application allows. The reason for that is changes in temperature may cause the delay elements for HRPWM to shift slightly so if you application doesnt have much varying temps/voltages then you can get away with calling it less often.
TBPRD is not related to SFO lib.
Hope that did it. Sorry for the out of order responses.
