What does happen when you enter DELAY_US?

Can you step into the code till DELAY_US to see if there is any ITRAP in the disassembly? (You can open disassembly window in CCS)

Do you have memcpy called before DELAY_US? You can refer existing c2000ware examples for reference.

memcpy is required to copy the ram functions from FLASH to RAM which is required as you are running your code from Flash.

memcy should have been used in InitSysCtrl. Check if you are using _FLASH predefined symbol to enable the memcpy code to work.

Can I know why you have used both InitSysCtrl and InitSysPll.

Isn't InitSysPll referred inside InitSysCtrl ?

I USE CPU1 predefine.

And I used initSysPll to configure Clock. In my project I need Clock is 180Mhz, with this value , EPWM_.TBPRD is an interger.

My code is running. But when I open diassembley window as picture below and click house symbol , I dont know why program counter is on intsystrcl funtion , I think It must be on While() loop. Can you give me the an explanation ?
