CCS/TMS320F28035: HVBLDC_sensored buildlevel 5 ,while raising motor speed about 1000 rpm ,motor out of control

Hi , everyone .

As title , My problem is motor out of control , while raising motor speed about 900 RPM.

And I find if I gave motor load , It will be spin well .

figure show the one of hall sensors signal .

I try to test higher speed in  HVBLDC_sensored buildlevel 3,and same problem appeared .

I am doubt my driver circuit booststrap capacitance . (1uF & 0.1uF in  parallel)

please help
