Part Number: TMS320F28335

I was programming the texas experimenter kit using its cable. I was able to build the Matlab Simulink program directly, but then when i am using the Jtag to program i am able to flash using the CCS but the Simulink program I am unable to flash directly. How can I do that do I need to make some changes somewhere?
