TMS320F28075: can I fully refer to the emulator circuit of F2807x controlCARD in my design?

Now we use TMS320F28075 as the control unit in our project, I notice there is controlCARD design we can refer to. The question is whether we can fully use the emulator circuit? If yes, where can I find the firmware for the EEPROM(93LC56C) and FT2232HL?

    In end applications it makes more sense to use an external emulator and a 14 or 20 pin JTAG header. However if you want to use an embedded emulator in your application the circuit above should work fine.
