I tried to update the previous thread but it is locked.
I finally got a resolution from Bitdefender. They informed me the found no malicious content in the file instaspinuniversalgui_v105.exe and that I should just enter a local exception to allow the program to run.
It took over a month to get a response, unfortunately.
