CCS/TMS320F28377D: Why the driverlib or IPC driver does not contain IPCBootCPU2()?

Part Number: TMS320F28377D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Dear Champs,

I am asking this for customers.

For standalone flash running, the user has to use IPCBootCPU2().

Now, in our c2000ware (C2000Ware_2_00_00_03) example codes under driverlib, it seems there is no such example to show to use IPCBootCPU2().

Also, in the doc of driverlib or IPC driver, it is not mentioned, either.

We suggest

1) Adding IPCBootCPU2() into driverlib.

2) Adding IPCBootCPU2() into IPC driver

3) Adding standalone examples in the driverlib examples to use IPCBootCPU2()

Do we have any concerns about the above?
