Hello!
Just need help confirming if I'm understanding the datasheet correctly:
If the device is used in external reference mode as mentioned on page 106 (D.), then the overall accuracy will then be +/-50 LSB as shown in table 5-42?
Thank you!

Hi Elisha,
The +/- 50 LSBs that is referenced in table 5-42 is only in regards to the gain error. If you wish to know the overall accuracy then you will need to take into account the offset and linearity error as well.

Thanks Marlyn!
For linearity -- are the the DNL and INL specs?
And offset -- offset error?
Does it mean then that the correct overall accuracy is +/-52.5?
Thank you!!

For linearity and offset errors we do not distinguish them based on which reference mode was used. The values in table 5-42 should be applicable to both modes.

Have you corrected for offset and gain error? Please refer to this similar post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/860435

Elisha,
Another important consideration is that using an external reference source will contribute error as well. The gain error associated to using an external reference source is assuming a clean DC source within +/- 0.1% of 1V without including real-word errors, unlike the gain error with internal reference.
