What version of powerSUITE do you have installed in CCSV9.2 and is the project using? Do you have the GUI Composer v1 app from the CCS App Center installed?

The version of power suite is 2_05_01. No, I don't have the GUI composer v1 app from the CCS App Center. Again I am installing C2000 ware_Digital Power SDK-V2.0. But file extraction is taking very long time.

Make sure you have the GUI Composer v1 app from the App Center installed in your CCS installation. It is required to view the main.cfg page.

I am using CCS version 9.2. The following suggestion doesn't resolved my issue.

Are you using the version of gridconnected inverter solution from controlSUITE or the C2000Ware-DigitalPower-SDK?

I recall you previously tried to use the one from controlSUITE.

What version of the XDCtools is your project referencing?

 Yes, I am using the grid connected code from control suite. I am more comfortable with this code. I was using this code for last 2-3 months. But suddenly, it stopped working. 

I see. If you are going to use the code from controlSUITE, you will have to use the version of the tools the solution was created with at that time. So that means your powerSUITE version will have to be 1_07_00_00. I suspect that's why you are observing this error.

Note that starting from v2 of powerSUITE, the HV_1PH_DCAC underwent significant improvements and became supported in the C2000Ware-DigitalPower-SDK. So if you attempt to use the controlSUITE version of the solution with a powerSUITE version greater than 2.0.0.0 it will not work. Additionally, you will have to use an older compiler(maybe v6.4) to build the project as newer versions of the compiler are not guaranteed to work with older solutions.

This was why I suggested in your previous forum post to use the latest and newer version of the HV_1PH_DCAC. Let me know what your reservations are from moving to the DP SDK version of this solution.

Note this is where you can find the XDCtools version for your project.

I have tried all possible combinations suggested by you. But still the same problem exist whatever I have explained in the previous sections. Please, give me the basic information and root cause of this type of error. Secondly, give the exact information that can remove the error completely.

So far whatever the suggestion made by TI community are not worthy. They are developing the software, so they should be aware of the exact cause and remedies of these basic issues.

My recommendation is to upgrade your project to the latest version in the DigitalPower SDK. You should not attempt to use legacy versions of the project across packages (e.g. controlSUITE vs DP SDK). What this means is that you will use the version of the project in the DP SDK alongside the powerSUITE delivered alongside the DigitalPower SDK. The example in the DigitalPower SDK is proven to work and has been tested.

I strongly advise against using the legacy version of the solution as it is not being maintained. There are too many unknowns as many of the toolchain versions have been updated and may not be compatible with the legacy solution. However, If you choose to do so, you MUST use it with the powerSUITE version included in controlSUITE and the accompanying toolchains.
