TMS320F28375S: MTBF and FIT reports for ZWTS and ZWTT devices

Part Number: TMS320F28375S

My customer needs MTBF & FIT reports for TMS320F28375SZWTS and TMS320F28375SZWTT devices, but our website only makes available information for the PZPQ and PZPQR versions. Would it be possible to provide such data for the aforementioned variants?

MTBF / FIT are calculated at a silicon technology level so the data provided for the PZ package devices is the same as for the ZWT.
