Quick question:
What is the maximum acceptable noise level on the power source ?
I know that some Buck converter exist that can generate clear signal. But I have my own power supply designed and I'm curious how much power source should be clear ?

There are no hard requirements on power source noise levels. The power supply (with its noise contribution included) needs to satisfy the Recommended Operating Conditions from the datasheet:
