TMS320F28335: PIEACK reset value

Dear all,

From the F28335 user guide the PIEACK = 1 after reset, so we should need to clear PIEACK before the interrupt can pass to CPU, right? But I cannot see such PIEACK init in example code and all interrupt can work fine, so does this an mistake in user guide? I see other devices user guide shows the reset value is 0.
