CCS/C2000WARE: Help in choosing a MOTOR

Part Number: C2000WARE
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8301, MOTORWARE, LVSERVOMTR

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Dear TI team,

I am not pretty sure whether I'm posting my question on the right forum, however,... I am still a beginner with ccs and with the TI products, I have in hand a drv8301 boosterpack and a launchXL f28069M, I want to get started with Motor Ware labs to have an idea of motor controlling, I have several questions before I start this will help me save time ,

1.  I want to choose a BLDC motor , can you recommend a motor where I can apply the labs without troubles, I mean which is easy to control , speed, torque, etc , using the motorware labs, forexample I read that there are alot of problems with low inductance motor with these labs. It would be really helpful if you help me choose one, since I dont know what problems I will face with these labs.

2. I want to work with MATLAB too, is there a workshop or examples for the connection and applications between matlab and the kit I have in hand.

Thank you.
