TMS320F280049C: ECC Flash Test NMI triggered

Part Number: TMS320F280049C
We are testing the ECC flash feature.
We are using the linker command file to insert the ECC in the flash
We disabled the ECC calculation in ECC_ENABLE register.
Then enter the initial data in FDATAL_TEST, FDATAH_TEST, FADDR_TEST, FECC_TEST registers.
After entered the data the ECC_TEST_EN bit was set in FECC_CTRL register.
The first part of the test check if there is an error.
When an uncorrectable error is triggered in the test (injecting a double bit error or address error). The NMI is triggered.
Then the NMI handler clears the NMI interrupt and the status of the ECC register.
The problem is when it finished running the NMI handler, return to the end of the test. Then the code breaks at address "0x3fb02a"
