TMS320F28069M: Receivers name is "INDEPENDENT DESIGNER" instead of my name on a shipment .

Hi,

I have ordered one launchpad from TI Store, my order ID: T00843035.

The problem is that while ordering from "TI Store" ,I came across "COMPANY/UNIVERSITY" .

where "TI " have mentioned that if not belonging to any company/Industry enter "INDEPENDENT DESIGNER".

So, I entered the same.

Now,

DHL shows "INDEPENDENT DESIGNER" as a receiver.

so , i think it may cause problem during "KYC".

Anybody can suggest me solution.

I have created case ,with ID:CS0235101.

Please suggest me solution.

    Hello Mihir,

    Its more of the organization name which is given as independent designer, but its still addressed to your name only. we hope your details should suffice.

    Please have a word with DHL on this.

    Hi,

    Yesterday I shared same issue with "DHL" representative.

    He told me that "KYC" team will contact me.

    Apart from that , 

    What you think is it "OK" and will receive package ,or there will be problem during "KYC" and it will be returned?.

    This should absolutely not create any issues. I just had a word with our logistic team and reconfirmed this.

    Just upload your KYC details and you should be good to go.

    Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sir,

    Today I received email from "DHL" to submit documents for "KYC".

    So, I submitted my "ADHAR CARD" .

    now , After 2 hours,I got Text sms from "DHL" mentioning that my document which I have submitted is rejected.

    I have also attached screenshot of that text sms.

    After that i contact "DHL" representative about such event they are saying that "texas instruments southeast asia pte. ltd" have mentioned receivers name as"INDEPENDENT DESIGNER" instead of "Mihir Dave".

    Now, what should I do am getting punishment of work which i have not done.

    I have just followed procedure provided by "TI STORE" .

    AND,

    I think the case which I have created CS0235101, is of no use nobody is reply or attending my case there.

    Please report to respective concern team about it sir.

    I am ready to order another package with "Mihir Dave" as a company/university name which will help me receive another package.

    I don't think so this shipment  I will be receiving.

    if possible could you provide me any contact details of "texas instruments southeast asia pte. ltd"

    I am writing to appreciate hardwork done by everybody related to this case,

    Just because of you all ultimately my case and problem is solved .
