TMS320F28377S: Remain Halted

Need help to understand "Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Remain Halted" at 0xc0eb: (Error -1066 @ 0xC0EB) Unable to set/clear requested breakpoint"

Getting above error while flashing bootloader, if retry by reset power or remove emulator and reconnect it loads.

Could you pls connect the debugger and check the contents of 0xc0eb ?

I will see if we can get one of our flash experts to assist while you look at the memory content.

Are you trying to load using CCS? If yes, which version of CCS are you using? Hope you are using the latest version.

Open the memory window to address 0xc0eb, and see if you can write to that address in the memory window.
