In 'TMS320F28002x Microcontrollers Technical Reference Manual', Figure 17-51 DCxEVT1 Event Triggering shows there is no way to connect signal DCxEVT1.sync and signal DCxEVT1.
but they can be connected in Figure 13-50 of Tms320F28379s Delfino Microcontrollers Technical Reference Manual which marked with red circle.
The two figures is show as follow. Is there an error in the Figure 17-51?
