I have tried to reproduce the issue you observed but everything looks fine on my end. 

My comments below:

1. I saw you triggered the current protection for some reason. This should not happen if your hardware is ok under the build 1 and if you didn't change the original code.

2. Even if you trigger the current protection, you should still see the values. So you could check the ADC value first that was used to calculate VIENNA_iL1Meas_pu.

VIENNA_iL1Meas_pu = (((float32_t)(VIENNA_IL1_FB_1 + VIENNA_IL1_FB_2 +
VIENNA_IL1_FB_3 + VIENNA_IL1_FB_4)) *
VIENNA_ADC_PU_SCALE_FACTOR * 0.25f - VIENNA_iL1MeasOffset_pu ) * 2.0f;

I highly doubt that it is the hardware/controlcard issue if you didn't change the software.
