TIDM-02008: Alternatives for Inductor L100, L101 & L102 (G164005LF)

Good day, I hope you are fine and healthy.

I'm looking for an alternative for the L100, L101, L102 (G164005LF) used on TIDM-02008
as there is no response from GCI Technologies ( G164005LF manufacturer)

Current Rating (Amps) = xxx ? (Please advise)

But, To order the GLT120D with this specific parameters, this is a customized inductor service, we must order this customized inductor in large quantities, unfortunately, we can't afford that now, we need just samples for testing (pre-made Fixed Inductors) similar enough to be used as an alternative for G164005LF in TIDM-02008.

So, Can you please suggest an alternate part for this? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

    Abdalla,

    The rated current of this board is 16 A in RMS. So the peak would be 22.6 A.

    Each phase will see 7.2 A peak current (3 phase interleaved) and the current rating has to be higher than 7.2 A and it has to have some more margins to accommodate inrush current.

    Based on the inductance, dc resistance, and rated current, you will have a chance to find the appropriate part on the shelf. I don't have any other vendors that we mentioned in the previous thread.

    Thanks for your kindly support.

    Thanks to Mr Jonathan Geronga from Texas Instruments Customer Support I got feedback according to the HW design team that the Renco RLTI-1328 inductor is currently used for the PFC inductor so it could be used instead of G164005LF.
