What software should I use to open this hardware circuit?

Can you convert it to a file that can be used by Altium Designer 16 ?

    It was done with ExpressPCB classic. The software was free to download from their site, but once laid out, PCBs could be manufactured from them only. We stopped using that. I dont think Altium supports it. Even if it does, I dont know how friendly the out file will be. Check it out.
