CCS/TMS320F28379D: Data Capture timing in SDFM

Hi team,

Customer is studying SDFM function. Customer is not sure how customer should get data from F28379D registers. I tried to look into it, I was not able to find simple project. I believe that customer is able to read data by using triggering Interrupt, but, I’m also not sure it. Can I have your advice/comments on this, please?

it would be appreciated if you will share simple-project/helpful documents for this.

Hi Miyazaki,

Please take a look at the driverlib example in C2000ware. There is a function there to read the SDFM results. You can have the customer use the function or have them take a look at the source code to see which registers specifically are being read.

Hi Gus,

To avoid miss, please allow me to ask one question. Customer would like to do bootup from internal FLASH (not-OTP). Also, customer sometime would like to overwrite their code into FLASH, like MSP430 devices.

In case of sdfm_ex1_filters project, customer needs to select “Project”-->"Build configuration”-->”Set_Active”-->”CPU1_FLASH” and do “build / burn-in" . After that, since customer is using TMS320F28379D controlCARD, customer need to check Get Mode GPIO72/ GPIO84 =1/1) before power-on. Is that correct?

If customer should need to do other configuration/setting in CCS, could you elaborate it, please?
