Hello, I am using the chip TMS320F28379D for motor control. We need to use 00IC-XDS100v3 to download bootloader as the boot program. Is there any mature scheme for reference?

You can use the XDS100v3 along with Code Composer Studio to program new firmware into the device.

If you are looking to program the device without Code Composer Studio, then you should use a communications port such as the SCI or the USB. Refer to https://www.ti.com/lit/sprabv4 for more information.
