CCS6.x Patch for Flash Programming / Erase Issues on Cortex R5 (Cached) Devices

EDIT:  As of Friday Nov 20 2015,  TI Emulators 6.0.83.0 will be available imminently.
This includes the fixes from the feature patch.

When you install this update

  - the feature patch for the prior version is automatically removed from the installation list

  - you will no longer require the feature patch to program cortex R5 devices.

The next full emulation pack release won't be for another month or two, so we're trying a 'Feature Patch' out to address the Cache Related Software Breakpoint Bug in CCS 6.1.1 and earlier.  This bug manifests itself especially when trying to erase or program flash after the device has run code that enabled the cache.

Testing out the "Feature Patch" on an internal server before the team releases it to the production update server next week and took a few screenshots to explain what you'll see.

Some key points:

- This patch *requires* TI Emulators 6.0.14.5 - so you won't even see that it is available until you have installed 6.0.14.5.

- You do *NEED* the patch if you are using a cache based R5 so you'll want to update to 6.0.14.5

- It's applicable to both Windows and Linux versions of CCS.

Expect this to show up on the update server early next week.

The .zip file here is just a PDF that shows what the 'feature patch' update looks like.  It's a little different than an normal update.
