MSP430FR2673: Current consumption during power-up

Hello,

Our customer is considering to use MSP430FR267x for a 4-20mA application.
So the peak current consumption is important for them.
Then they would like to know the current consumption during power-up.
Do you have any data?

Hello Oba,

We do not specify the power up current consumption on the MSP430 devices. There will be some inrush current for a short period to charge the capacitors on Vcc, but this is not specified. There are a couple threads on this topic below.
