The MSP-GANG programmer can't passed selftest, the Error and OK LED are on, referred to customer supporting Jonathan Navor's suggestions to update the firmware to latest version 01.03.04.00, the problem still can't fixed. shown “communication Error“， Please help!!!

I think you already followed the selftest procedure.

Can you have the distributor confirm the following as I work with our team on next steps:

1. Is it only one MSP-GANG that fails this self-test, or multiple?
2. Is this a new MSP-GANG that was just received, or one that has already been previously working?
3. When they power up the MSP-GANG, does anything display on the LCD? Does it look normal/match other MSP-GANG units?
4. Are there any other symptoms observed that led them to running this self-test?

I try to using RS232 cable to connected with computer, the failure symptom are same.

Yes, only one failied at self test. this is for new buy.

2. Is this a new MSP-GANG that was just received, or one that has already been previously working?

Yes, this a new one MSP-GANG. order No. T01299112, order date 04/21/2021, received in first week of May.

3. When they power up the MSP-GANG, does anything display on the LCD. Does it look normal/match other MSP-GANG units?

Yes， When they power up the MSP-GANG, does not anything display on the LCD. our customer have other 2 old MSP-GANG can work at normal.

4. Are there any other symptoms observed that led them to running this self-test?

I don't know if have other symptoms, because when we recived it is anything display on the LCD after power up. just the computer showing symptom, you can find attached pictures about the Error reporting for the details.

We have worked with your customer supporting guy a few week for this issue, yesterday he suggested us to contact E2E channel to get the help.
