I have a production issue with an MSP430F1. An output port is connected to a 10K pull down and and to the base of a MMBT3904 NPN transistor. Is the 1M resistor too large?
Another port pin is connected to a 100K Ohm resistor and then to the gate of a ZVN3320, and the gate of a 2N7002 (N-channel Mosfets)
These gates control a discrete H-bridge that is experiencing shoot-through failures. I didn't design this circuit. Any help would be appreciated.
