MSP430FR2476: GPIO digital Input not capturing every interrupt

I am using MSP430fr2476 micro-controller for capturing low to high pulse using P6.1

If the input voltage is greater than 4.1 v with DVCC as 3.4 V than what can happen to P6.1 Digital Input

Is there any possibility that it will miss capturing the interrupt?
